Tried several other NO products and all of them caused jitters and a bit of an anxious feeling. This one gave good amount of energy, no bad side effects, started working with in 15 minutes of taking the 3 pills and definitely helped get more reps in on my regular sets all through the workout, also didn't feel super sore at the end of it. Took the pills just before workout not 2 times a day as recommended and that worked great for me. Awesome product for those wanting an extra push in your workout!
