System: This is a great system for the price. I've used much more expensive systems from Honeywell, and this is just as good; better in some respects. The cameras are all-metal and powder coated; very good build quality. The NVR is easy to set up and use. The mobile app is *extremely* easy to set up (just scan the QR code on the unit from within the app). The image quality is very good. Support: I had a problem with interference and called tech support. They are USA-based and open until 8:30pm EST. They are very knowledgeable, and eager to help me. I called them several times before the issue was fully resolved, but I never waited more than 2 minutes to talk with someone. Complaints (all minor): On Android, you somtimes have to swipe-closed the app and reopen it to connect to the NVR. The website requires Internet Explorer. The included 2TB hard drive only records a few days at full resolution. So, plan to add another hard drive (it's easy, and it has room for a second disk).
