I've used Norton for years. This item is fine - I installed it without any problems. However, I DO NOT like that it has an automatic renewal and you have to enter a credit card. This is a new step, this year. Yes, you can cancel at any time but why do we have to go thru the bother. I'm sure Norton is counting on people forgetting to cancel the auto renew. I cancelled it the moment I finished downloading the new subscription. Hey Norton! Cut it out!!!!!
