Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

In general the price was right and the quality felt solid vs the competition. I have previously purchased these type of pots from 2 other companies and these seem as good if not better. Why 3 stars? Well one of the pots had a hole at the bottom - a manufacturing defect I'm sure. See the photo. But I just noticed it a little over a month after purchasing and not sure what if anything could be done at this point. Update: Customer service contacted me soon after I posted my review and offered to make it right. I changed my review to 5 stars because they truly stand behind their product.
