I was very sorry for having to return it. it was too short for the tree distances I have in my property. the product quality is exceptional. i'm only giving 4 stars because the manual illustrations are confusing. in text and in one illustration the loop with the three U locks is placed at the beginning of the zipline, while there is another illustration in the same page indicating otherwise. another reason for the 4 star is that you don't offer the same product with 120' length, that I would've gladly buy.
