This scrubber really impressed me. I read many of Amazon customer reviews and they were spot on. This scrubber has a lot of torque. It will not bog down when you put pressure on it. I wish it would have come with another battery, but I found a Black & Decker Versa Pak Gold battery from Batteries Plus which fits perfectly. If you are going to buy an extra battery, please take the one that comes with this scrubber with you so that you can match it. What I learned from Batteries Plus is that you must charge your batteries 12 full hours. That means that even though the battery looks like it is fully charged, it is not. Sure, the light on the charger may indicate that it is (green light), but if you charge it the full 12 hours (or more) you will see a remarkable difference in the power. I am so happy that I found this scrubber and I really think you will like it as much as I do. If your hands hurt like mine do, this scrubber will make life a lot easier.
