I'm 6'1, 165 lbs, and have a 31 waist. I ordered a medium which are a little snug but in the way they are supposed to be for compression tights. I pull them up to be right above my ankle but below my calf. Bought them primarily for leg day at the gym and they keep my legs warm and I don't cramp up or anything. Have already bought 2 more pairs and planning on getting a couple more. Also, I have washed and worn them about 15 times and there are no signs of wear and tear, great leggings, even if they were $15 more, they would still be worth it.
