I can sprint with a smile on my face at age 67! Thank you Ben!
I am 67. Several years ago I started having stiffness and mild pain in my hips. I was getting "old". I was becoming the Tin Man. My son, Ben, started coaching me through the Knee Ability Zero exercises. My hip pain and stiffness went away completely, never to return. Now I can sprint with a smile on my face! I plan to be sprinting in my 90's!
