Bought this to help the wife with chores. She was skeptical at first as she looked at the Eufy as a toy. She told me to send it back. I explained that we should try it first and if it doesn't work out, we could send it back. Set up with the app is a breeze. Just remember, this unit is not compatible with 5ghz wifi. You've got to set it up on the 2.4ghz network. After that, program the schedule and forget about it. After about three nights of going to bed and waking up in the morning to clean floors, the wife was sold. (That was easy). She would probably fight me now if I tried to send it back. We named our Eufy vac "Lupe" and she is quite the character. Most mornings, I wake up and she is already resting in her dock. Occasionally, she plays hide and seek and I have to find her and help her home. This morning, she got in a fight with the door mat. The door mat was flipped upside down and Lupe was holding by a loose thread. Lupe also isn't fond of loose cords. Seriously now, good purchase. The vac is quiet enough to run while you are sleeping yet powerful enough to pick up a dime off the floor. The thing to remember is to pick up before you go to bed. Especially phone cords and chargers. Sure makes housework a lot easier.
