This pillow is so innovative! I love that I can adjust the height by removing the center foam and also by rotating 180 degrees. I feel like this is a medium firm pillow but it does contour and conform your head and neck. The cooling gel beads are great as well as the ridges in the top foam for keeping you cooler when sleeping. The foam responds very fast when moving and changing positions. I love that they send you 2 zippered pillowcases so you can wash one and still have one to put on the pillow. I feel like the pillow is definitely worth more than what they charge for it, and the quality and materials seem to be top notch! I would definitely recommend this pillow!
