Our dog kept choking herself when we would take her for walks around the block. With this harness she is free to walk and pull as much as she wants without choking herself. It is super visible at night which is a plus! The product came with service animal patches if you desire that feature. We have a chih tzu and the small was perfect for her. We just had to snug up the straps to hug her body nicely. She took to the new harness nicely and grew to like it after the second walk. At first she was scared of the harness but after her walk she became comfortable.
