The case itself is pretty durable. I have knocked my phone off my desk once already and no damage to the phone. Case did it's job. Why I rate it down is because the back of the case will suck to the phone, and cause it to look like it is wet and has water. It's pretty ugly, and the reason I always get the clear case is so I can see the phone. I will probably look for a new case because of this reason. But as far as a case being a case and doing it's job, it does it well. Edit: The seller reached out to me and offered a refund. Great customer service. I was not expecting the seller to do this, as I did not reach out to them. +1 Star
