First off I hate taking pills and I am highly skeptical supplements because it's well known the FDA does not regulate this stuff. Every multivitamin I've taken up to this point has made it look like I drank water out of the sink in Chernobyl. As for this product I liked their promotional content and idea of sourcing nutrients from natural sources. Clearly this manufacturing process would be more expensive and not have the shelf life of one of those chalk tablets major retailers sell but I am very happy with my purchase. It's as if I haven't taken a supplement at all yet my lab work came back with everything in health normal ranges. How much is a placebo effect I have no way of telling but it causes no side effects and I feel great.
