I saw this type of fat separator on Cooks Country America's Test Kitchen being used in a recipe. I didn't know something like this existed and was very excited to see it in action. I am impressed with the quality of this product and am looking forward to making bone broth, stews, and paleo gravies without the hassle and mess of trying to get the majority of the fat out. This product will strain as well as separate the liquid with a no mess and no fuss approach. Wonderful! Thank you for a great product! Jackie
