I have been taking Turmeric and Curcumin as an anti-pain supplement and not getting quite the relief I was expecting. I ran out of the product I was taking and decided to try the Nutribounty product which includes the black pepper. I am happy to say that I saw a VERY positive reaction to the use of the this supplement. I took one tablet twice a day and the swelling and pain in my chronic old basketball knee diminished incredibly. I can now bend the knee, don't have the constant pain and feel more mobile. I HIGHLY recommend this product and the company that makes it. I am very selective of the supplements I take and who I buy them from, but I will be looking at NutriBOunty's other products other products when the time comes to replace other supplements that I take.
