I am a retired plumbing contractor and installed this in our own home. Out of the thousands of shower heads / hand held showers that I've worked with, this is one of the highest quality units I've dealt with. The adjusters lock tightly, the threads are protected during shipping, the finished chrome parts were well wrapped and the plating is good. The diverter works smoothly and the water flow is good. Highly recommended.
