Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I recently purchased this game and started playing it. I am not overly fond of minecraft, but this game has made want to play and kept me intrigued. However, I purchased Episode 2 and cannot download it. Keeps saying 'Content failed to download’. As I do wish to play this game, I cannot. Please help.
