*detailed review ahead* So, I am 6' tall, 230lbs, and have given birth vaginally twice. I normally go through a super plus tampon about every 2-4 hours. Based on other reviews and information given, I chose a Large size. Now, the first couple times I tried inserting it, I could feel it and it was being pushed out. So I did some research, looked at some pictures and realized 2 things: 1. I have a low cervix 2. I was not choosing the best way to put it in. I ended up using the Punch Down Fold with the "point" on the top side and it goes in much better. I wore it overnight with no leakage (i usually had tons!) I cannot feel it anymore, and it isn't getting pushed out. Here are the images that helped me the most.
