I bought these vitamins a few months ago after reading some positive reviews. After allowing some time for possible results, I'm happy to say that they're working well. I don't see/feel any over-the-top changes, but I have definitely noticed some positive results. My skin looks and feels better, I have a bit more energy, and I've noticed that my hair is healthier. In addition to this, I've also noticed some new hair growth, which was unexpected but welcomed (see picture-those are NOT bangs, but new hair that has continued to grow). I have very fine, thin hair & I have definitely noticed more volume. Another added bonus...the company sent a complimentary 90 day supply after my initial purchase. I will likely continue using these vitamins and would recommend to others!
