This is the best book out of all Dr. Hulda's books that I have read so far. A couple of reasons I say that are, it's the most recently revised (if you get the kindle version) and had 600+ pages of health projects you can choose to verify and validate on your body. You may learn you can use the Zapper to kill viruses, like Corona! For example in section 4179, she says, "when water doesn't taste good, there is probably a valid reason". She then goes on to say how to make a clean version of a water pitcher. I know a little bit about water from reading a tiny book, The Choice Is Clear so her little recipe is very welcome. Other little snippets I enjoyed reading were Chelation and how to oxidate olive oil. This is definitely a book worth reading from cover to cover. I will recommend to all next generation as well, since many of us have been programmed to give our power away to the health matrix. If you have just discovered Dr. Hulda Clark I recommend this book first over all the others for the return on investment with your health and knowledge gained.
