I wish I could give this product 3and 1/2 stars, because I like it, but not without some reservations. It does mop well, and is seems to pick up spills nicely. The spin and dry feature works great! I will certainly continue using it, so my review is mostly positive. BUT..... there are two problems. First, it is nearly impossible to get the mop to spin when it's in the water, thus you are forced to just slosh it around, and it doesn't really get the mop clean enough doing so. Second, the handle on mine has "stripped" at the threaded part where it screws together, and now it won't spin as well as before, but it still works. It does only come with a single mop head, forcing you to pay for extra heads if you want more. UPDATE: The company says you can indeed put the mop heads in the washing machine, and we tried it and it worked fine. I can tell after one washing though that it won't last very long washing it this way. I just ordered more heads to solve that problem.
