Awesome product! I have lumbar spinal stenosis and arthritis in my back so I was looking for something to replace the multiple pillows that I was using in my office chair at work. This item is perfect. The cushion that you sit on has slip guard on the bottom so it doesn't shift. The piece that goes on the back of the chair has elastic straps to secure. However the straps include adjustable fasteners to help keep it in place. This works so much better than the cheap support pillows that you buy that just has the elastic as it tends to stretch out. I don't believe that will be the case with this item. It's kept me supported all day. It does improve your posture greatly also. And it supports in all the right areas so I don't leave the end of the day with my back killing me. Highly recommend!
