We just moved into a ground floor apartment and we have had so many issues with ants coming in. They are coming in at every door and window. It is crazy. I have started fighting them using diatomaceous earth and it really works great! As soon as I see ants coming in , after killing the inside ones, I dust the lining of the doors inside and out and the ants are gone by the next day. I’ve even used it outside if I see a large number of ants outside near my apartment and it gets rid of them. I have also used the powder to dust all inside the back of my kitchen cabinets and under and behind my stove and refrigerator...to get rid of roaches. In fact I’ve dusted any crack and crevice that looks like bugs or roaches would enter the apartment through. So far I have had excellent luck with it. This big 5lb bag of diatomaceous earth is perfect. It will last a long time and it came with a wonderful duster that is even better than the pricey one I bought years ago.
