I was very excited to finally receive this juicer after saving for it for months. Unfortunately, every time I used it (tried for over two weeks) the pulp would build up in the hollowed out part in the bottom of the auger. Seems like a design flaw to me. Every time it would jam up I would struggle to get it open, have to clean it out and start over again. Today I tried to make a large batch of the Mean Green recipe and chopped up everything VERY small and mixed up the order that I was putting the veggies in and it jammed SEVEN times. I was tempted to throw it out the back door! I like the idea of the double blade auger but in reality it just doesn't work very well. And for carrots and beets...no way. I chopped them into very small 1/4 inch pieces and it was ridiculous. So now I have started the return process and will have to wait up to 4 weeks to get my refund before I can order the Omega VRT400. Hoping for better luck with the Omega. ****UPDATE**** After packing up the juicer to return to Amazon my husband decided to call Tribest and tell them about our problems with the juicer and we found out that this was a common problem so there were some parts that were redesigned. The company is now sending me those parts and according to them it should fix the problem. Hope this works! ---Finally got the parts and it works perfectly. So glad that we talked to Tribest. I made a double batch of the Mean Green Juice recipe and it didn't stop once.
