My audiophile friends told me it was a stupid idea to buy this to make my Audio-Technica m50x headphones wireless. Well, in a blind test none of them could tell me when they were/weren't listening to the listening through this bluetooth receiver. It's also incredibly lightweight (Despite its good battery life), so you don't even notice it's velcro'd onto the headphones. To do this to your headphones, you'll probably want to buy a short aux cable (~6 inches) since this includes one longer cable and one very short solid connector. I chose this over the newer model for the additional buttons, which are also very useful. I wish there was a quicker way to change what device I was paired to, but that's a problem with pretty much all bluetooth receivers.
