I have had sciatica trouble in my right leg for a couple of years. I found some reviews for the Wondergel cushions online and thought some of the claims of relief were too good to be true. I am very happy to report that, after receiving the "Extreme" version and using it now for almost a week, the pain I used to feel has been greatly reduced. To be honest, I was a little shocked that it works so well. It only took about ten minutes to get the "feel" of sitting on the gel. Because of the depth of the "Extreme" gel pockets, it 'moves' a little, but I'm glad I got this one because the "Original" would have been too shallow for my needs. Once I got used to the feeling, I am now going to purchase another one so I can keep one in the car and one at my office for that chair.
