In an effort to give a thorough review, I waited until a week after I completed my 2 week cleanse to write this review. I wanted to make sure I was covering all my bases and allowing time to see possible rebound bloat or after effects of my cleanse. I am happy to report that so far I have not experienced any negative effects. I would gladly recommend Hey Girl Cleanse to my friends and anyone looking to try a "teatox". This stuff WORKS and when I say it works it is really legit. I have tried many teatoxes before and while this wasnt my favorite as far as taste goes, it did give me the best results that I have ever had. To be completely honest, the first time I tried it, I was totally put off by the smell and taste. I didn't even finish my first glass completely. My husband made fun of me for "babysitting" a 6oz cup of tea when I can shoot heavy hitting shots of liquor better than many men. This however, really didn't sit well with my pallet. I always give things a fir trial run. at the very least two or three tries before I completely write it off. The exception to this is the durian fruit.. never again! While it nearly turned my stomach the first time, I was surprised at the quick "movement" I felt. within 30 minutes I was in the bathroom. I wondered if it was because of the tea. So I tried it again the following day, this time it went down the hatch much easier as I gave it time to breath out of the packaging before pouring my water in. and roughly 30 minutes later there's that "movement" again! While it was very effective, unlike other teas I have had that contain senna, this didn't give me the horrible cramps. It was really a smooth urge to go about half an hour after drinking and then again approximately 4 hours later. My bum wasn't glued to the throne the whole day and it was rather a quick unload each time. TMI, I know but Im trying to pick my words wisely and paint a prettier picture for you all. As far as weight loss goes, I didn't see much of a dent in the scale but I did feel that it made a significant impact on the muffin top. I surely shed a bit of water weight thus resulting in a flatter belly. Im not a medical professional so I would surely recommend you carefully consider what you are putting in your body and consult with a medical professional before using this product or any weight loss product.
