I have numerous orthopedic issues that have resulted in several recent surgeries; spinal fusion and total knee replacement being the most recent. After the knee replacement, learning to walk correctly "woke up" muscles that hadn't been used in years, which resulted in extreme pain and soreness which was not relieved by medications. I tried baths, tennis balls, rolling pins, self massage, you name it. Finally I found this gem, and at this price said "oh hell yeah!". BEST PURCHASE EVER. Seriously. It has helped my leg muscles, my SI joint, hips spine, and even helped break up scar tissue from the knee replacement. My husband uses it on his neck. We use it so much we have to order another one so we stop fighting over it!
