I have had Hashimoto's, and my labs were always all over the place. I began taking this Selenium about 6 months ago, and finally my levels are leveling out, and even had to reduce. I am going to continue to take this Selenium daily in hopes of reducing the inflammation to my thyroid and get my levels to a "new" normal.
