I use this vacuum sealer with a break bleeder. I usually vacuum seal at 20 pounds. This contraption helps vacuum seals my jars perfectly well, and maintains a good closed environment to easily suction the air out and seal my jars. This is especially useful when I open one of my jars because I can reseal it with this vacuum sealer. this is a great way maintaining the freshness of my food.
