The *best* flour in this category! No off-putting odors, no gumminess, no grit, no strange textures in the finished product. I've baked brownies, scones, pancakes, pie crust, quick breads and all were completely comparable to the ones I made with wheat flour. KAF (and I) do not suggest using this product as a replacement for wheat flour in yeasted bread recipes unless it's a recipe written as a gluten free bread recipe. Happy to be baking with excellent results! Edited to add: Yes, Amazon's price is higher than what is currently charged at the KAF website; however, when I compared the prices and shipping costs together it made sense for me to order from Amazon. I suggest others make the same comparison.
