I was searching for a keyboard case that matches my needs, until I found this Chesona case. It was exactly what I am looking for. It has the following advantages: 1. It covers the corners of the iPad pro with perfectly cut openings for ports. 2. It covers the camera when it is closed, adding an extra protection. 3. It has a detachable keyboard, which is a dealbreaker to me; wanting to intermittently make use of the typing experience of the iPad pro as well as using it with the Apple pencil for annotations and note-taking without the keyboard being in place. 4. The keyboard has backlit keys with many colors and brightness levels, attached magnetically firmly well to the case - not through smart connectors obviously. I haven't tested the battery life tho, but I haven't had to charge it with fairly light usage for three weeks now. 5. The keyboard connects quickly through bluetooth and has fairly satisfying typing experience with good keys travel time, and shortcut keys for the common functions (Lock, cut, copy, paste, search, adjusting brightness and volume controls). 6. An amazing feauture is having a place for the Apple pencil while it is locked and you don't need to charge it at the side of the iPad. Believe me, you will not risk losing the pencil while you are on the go or unnecessarily charging it when you don't need to. 7. It has three decent viewing angles. 8. Above all, the backlit version sells at almost third price of the Apple's smartfolio. The basic version sells at almost quarter the price. Few improvements ideas could be using USB-C for charging the keyboard instead of the micro-usb, though I haven't need to charge it till the moment. Also, introducing a viewing angle for sketching/writing with Apple pencil instead of being completely flat on the surface. In sum, as far as my experience for three weeks, I believe the product is a no-brainer and is much underrated, with not many tech YouTubers reviewing it till the moment. It is totally worth the price and I have personally ordered the case again for my wife's iPad pro and recommended it to couple of friends.
