I have never owned a Roku Product, so this is the first. We currently used a Playstation 3 as our media device in the family room. However, I wanted access to my media in the office. So after trying the Amazon Fire TV (quickly returned because it had no Ultra Violet support) I researched up on Roku devices. I decided to wait a couple weeks and get this item after watched a CNET review of it. It's FAAAAAAAAAAST! As the review on CNET said. No lag that I can detect. I get Ultra Violet support through VUDU my UV Media main choice. I get access to Amazon Prime Media, and basically everything else I subscribe to (Hulu, Netflix, HBOGO etc) I have an Westinghouse television and the one snag I had was the plastic from the television didn't allow room for the stick to fit into the HDMI slot. The Roku Stick was about an inch too long and bumped into this plastic lip. The work around I used was a regular HDMI Cable to the back of the television then a female to female adapter to get the Roku Stick to attach to the cable. It works like a charm. So far so good. I will update this review as needed. UPDATE 07/14/2016: We have now bought a second one and they continue to impress with great performance and reliability.
