Let me start by saying that this review started harsh because I own so many Surefire flashlights and always received quality. I bought this because the Surefire G2X Pro is my absolute favorite. I choose it for work over my E2D Defender because it's brighter. But I really wished my G2X Pro would come on High mode first. So the LE really peeked my interest. Boy, did this new "LE" model disappoint me. The LED quality is terrible. Look at the picture I posted. To the left is my Surefire G2X Pro (320 lumen) and to the right is the Surefire G2X LE (400 lumen). The pure white output of the Pro is far superior than this green crap the LE puts out. These are the LEDs that the cheap Chinese flashlights come with! And is the LE even brighter? I honestly can't tell a difference being that the pure white light of the Pro is so much clearer that I can actually see further with it. Shame on you Surefire for going cheap.... EDIT 9/15: Surefire completely replaced my entire flashlight free of charge for the same model but made sure the one they gave me gave out a light with a pure white tint. And boy did it. It's not warm, it's not cool, it's perfect. Surefire, you had me worried, but you pulled through! I was unable to get pictures of the two "LE"s side by side. But trust me, if you experience any bad tint with Sirefire just hit them up!
