UPDATE: Right after I posted my original review the company reached out to me. They said no piece of plastic should have broken off and that it must have been a defective product. They offered to replace the entire juicer. This company has amazing customer service and I'll definitely buy from them again. You probably can't get a better juicer for the price. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a piece of plastic broke off the lid the second day I used this. Nothing bad happened and it still works perfectly, but had that piece gone into the blade... it would have been bad. Otherwise this is an excellent juicer. It's really easy to use and if you wash the pieces right away clean up is fast. As soon as I'm done juicing I put all the pieces in a dish full of soapy water so nothing gets stuck. Once I have a few minutes to wash, everything comes right off. I also put a plastic bag in the pulp bin to make clean up even easier. The blade is the only tricky part to clean but a really great brush is included in the box so that helps a lot. Overall I'd definitely recommend this juicer if you're looking for a good bang for your buck. I've used it almost every day since I've had it and I have no complaints other than the plastic piece breaking off.
