This product is awesome. It takes about 2hrs to heat 6lbs of wax to liquid at 65C, and another 20 to cool back down to 53C before you dunk those achy hands. It's big enough to get a whole foot in there too, unlike the cheaper products out there. I use it for arthritic pains in my hands and wrists (I'm 32, WTF?!) and it eases the pain for a few hours. It also smells good and softens callouses (I weight lift a lot). You definitely will want to purchase the plastic bags for your hands that you put on after applying the wax, so you don't get it everywhere (it will firm up, but still be pliable and oily). You also want to get the insulating mittens that you put on after you do the plastic bag thing. The mittens keep the heat in and make the awesomeness last longer.
