I got these because I have ZERO energy and hoped they'd help and while I didn't get energized,I DID calm down a bit and have LOST my CRAVING FOR SUGAR!!!! HolyMaryMotherFlufferNutter I went from eating sugar ALLL day every day to looking at my usual weaknesses and thinking"MEH....."😒 Its SOOO WEIRD for ME!!! My eating sweets now consistently is ME thinking OooOOOoo CHOCOLATE....2 bites....(*/*)..... NEVER mind!!! My tummy is becoming flatter with me doing absolutely nothing! It says it helps support the thyroid and when you look at symptoms for thyroid problems I had them all but the blood tests repeatedly came back normal but taking this has removed those symptoms! So I bought 2 more one for my hubby and one for my oldest daughter who's going through a LOT right now! She's a wife and mother of 2 wee rambunctious boys and going to school to become a nurse! She'd lost her financial aid and was ready to lose it because on top of ALL of that she's overweight because she's stress eating and after being on this for roughly 8 days last night she took a bite of a strawberry roll cake says she didn't want it so bought a chocolate cake at target took two bites and said the SAME THING!!! Lol I looked at her and asked if it was the taste ITSELF or was she just no longer craving it!?! She looked confused, then STUNNED as it dawned on her😵 the pills had kicked in!!!!! My husband's a heavy haul truck driver and lives on breakfast pastries,burgers,candy bars,Coke etc but after a week and a half ALL SUGAR CRAVINGS WERE GONE!!!! I'll definitely be getting MORE
