This is great for the price. I'm not sure what all the comparison is amongst bird seed ... I have noticed people decrying certain brands or bags as better or worse than others. Just know this variety has plenty of sunflower seeds (which seems to be favored) and while other people's birds may be entitled little jerks that only dine on "premium" bird seed, the birds in my yard are acting like this seed is the best in town. This bag gives you twice the amount most others do at the same essential price. It's a hard deal to beat and I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
