Okay, this is an awkward review but the product deserves recognition. If you need more coverage under thin tops or just stay cold all the time, these little guys work. They are made out of silicone and are very sticky- they stay in place all day but not painful to remove. You will look like some creature in a Sci-fi film when topless so warn your partner or anyone who would happen to see ;-) I have enjoyed these.
