I don’t usually write reviews, but for this I have to!!!! I have been suffering with on and off back pain for 3 years. I have a herniated disc, spinal stenosis and sciatica. My pain went away & came back about 6 months ago during the pandemic because I wasn’t able to be as active with my daughter being at home. I’ve been doing everything to try and get out of pain. Losing weight, the gym, chiropractor, spine specialists.... Nothing worked!!! I decided let me just try this back brace, what else can I lose by trying something else? To my surprise, this takes away my pain!! I have been stuck laying down & in my bed for 6 months. As soon as I woke up and moved around I had to go lay back down. It had put me into a deep depression, but I am so happy that this takes all my pain away, allows me to walk and move around. But this makes my every day life easier. I am hoping this can help overtime and get my back back into alignment and heal properly. This is truly god send. I will be wearing this every single day!! I highly recommend this to anyone having back pain. I have also been sleeping on the floor too which has helped my pain by keeping my spine aligned. These 2 things are doing the trick for me!!!
