After many Dr. visits and tests for a relief from chronic leg cramps...with no positive results...a friend recommended Smart water. It seemed to help somewhat, however at $2+ a bottle I couldn't afford that (I'm 75yrs old / on a fixed income). After doing some research, it seemed that the electrolytes in the water might be the solution. Further research and reading reviews of the various electrolyte powders available lead me to Keto Electrolyte Powder. I'm not a doctor, a chemist or a nutritionist...all I know is this product works for me!!! I'm no longer jumping out of bed in the middle of the night with extremely painful leg cramps!!! FYI...I use one jar a month and I am currently on my third jar. I've never written a Review like this, but it has helped me so much that I wanted to share my experience and hope that it may help you as well. I have recommended it to several of my friends.
