Menopause was surgically induced 25 years ago. I tried all kinds of natural products, then went on a hormone patch. GYN stated I had to go off by the age of 60. I'm 59, so I took myself off about 7 months ago. Was living with the hot flashes and night sweats. LIVING HELL!!!. I was having 10 - 15 episodes a night. My poor husband was so good about me throwing off the covers. I started trying over the counter meds. Nothing worked. Then I gave this a try. I thought it was just a bunch of hype, but it's not. I'm down to about 3 episodes at night and maybe 4 during the day. What a relief!! I'm not one to write reviews, but this is definitely worth taking the time to write about.
