I wasn't expecting this product to work. It totally worked! I had an issue with mice resulting from underground digging at a nearby construction site. I tried various traps, none of which worked, and have pets so didn't want to use poisons. I installed several devices throughout the house and, from Day 1, not one mouse. It also seems to have help with spiders and water bugs, which occasionally make their way indoors, but no noticeable affect on stink bugs or silverfish. I use them on the blue setting (medium) because the red setting is audible. Our dog is not affected by the pulse or sound. I will never be without these again. One issue is that the shape makes it difficult to plug some cords into the second outlet of a dual wall socket. We had to flip the unit upside down in some instances (see image).
