Good workout, too many commercials
I have waited to review this product to see how well it works. I am on week 8 and definitely feel and move better. Easy to follow and the neural reboot is really helpful. That said, I really am annoyed by the commercials for supplements. In the beginning the commercial runs before EVERY workout. Now it's down to ever 2 or 3 workouts. I fast forward through them, but I paid for the workout, so I don't appreciate the commercials.
