I have a large dog that is a powerful chewer. I also noted that he liked to chew on soft things. The problem with that is it gets destroyed. Well not with this toy. He loves it . He carries is around, throws it up in the air to catch it, and all around really enjoys this little hippo. I will note to those of you who may have little dogs that like to chew, this is a good toy for them as well. My friend has a little rescue mix who has been chewing everything up in the house. She cannot keep any soft toys because he destroys them. I bought her on for Bentley and he has be loving it too. He takes it to bed with him. SO cute.
