Good for starting kids with sewing and you can get different fabric
My daughter is 8 and she loves it but I was concerned about having to buy their fabric refills but found if you use Flocked Felt ( which is pretty much what they use ) it sews together the same way if a little better. You can find it at any fabric store ALOT cheaper then what they sell the refills for
