I am shocked how nice this is for the price that I paid. It seems very sturdy doing chin-ups/pull-ups/leg raises. I did notice that the elastic pull rope causes the whole frame to slide on my hardwood floors. I will need to anchor the base if I plan on using those. It arrived quickly, was easy enough to assemble. The directions could be better and the hardware is not labeled very well. But if you are handy it is no big deal.
