So let me telllllll ya'll! I've been using this product off and on since April 2021, it's now August and even though I haven't been taking them everyday (more like every 2 days or so the first month and now whenever I remember) my hair is still growing soooo fast. I can shave my hoohah area and within 2/ 3 days I have major hair growth lol its aggravating but I know it's these pills. My toe nails are so strong and they grow fast as idk what. I've had braids this entire summer and I redo them every month or so b/c of my new growth. This is stuff works like a charm for real, I HAVE to stay stocked up on these. I've also noticed my edges are growing back in (the parts that were bald). They don't have a bad smell or taste so you can swallow them easily as well. Update: April 2022, I haven't touched them in a few weeks and I can honestly say i see the difference. My hair has grown sooo much, I took my braids out the beginning of the year and I cut my hair before I braided it so I was expecting minimal length retention and Chile I lied lol my hair is definitely passed my shoulders and it was ear length when I cut it around Aug 2021 when I first left this review. You're definitely getting value and quality for your money 👍🏽 I highly recommend, I'll try and add pictures of my hair when I take my braids out again
