Kind of a waste of money - when it arrived, the gel had obviously warmed up in shipping and the inside of the container was a mess. The plant, which is top heavy, is sitting upside down in the jar, roots in the air. Not sure how it will live that way, but visually it is a mess. Thankfully it was only $8. Maybe only order in the fall or something, but not sure how this would survive shipping if it was bounced around at all Update 07/24/2017: The manufacturer contacted me after my 1-start review and offered to replace the plant free of charge. The new one arrived in perfect condition so I am changing the review and adding more stars for the quick and quality customer service. Would have been good if the first one had arrived ok, but glad to see they stepped up.
