Women... This is my review you should read. little more than 4 months ago I could not even grocery shop without holding onto a cart. Once home I would have to get my hip and back on ice or heat while Chris put everything away. If we went anywhere that stairs were involved I had to carefully plan all routes around them, even if that meant an extra 15 minute walk. At home, I could not get to the loft upstairs and when we entertained out back by the pool... too many trips inside up 3 single steps would put me down in the bedroom til 800mg of Motrin kicked in and I could rejoin the party. I researched and learned of Collagen. Not all collagen is created equal. More types of collegen is worse, not better. This collagen has restored my youth. I do not eat 800mg of Motrin like candy multiple times a day anymore. I carry it everywhere but I cannot recall the last time I have taken it in 3 solid months. When we went to Eureka Springs I hopped up three flights of steep stairs with the greatest of ease and fast. No problems during or after to Chris’s absolute shock. He begged me not to do it, as he knew from experience it would ruin me for the remainder of the day and sometimes the trip.
